Client Tools?

Anyone know if it is legal to install SQL Server Client
Tools on a server with MSDE installed to manage MSDE? If
not, what are my tool options? (other than OSQL)
Thanks

|||if you go to the MS site and search for SQL 2000 eval version, it states
that the client tools can be used indefinitely. confirmed with MS. Use the
EVAL version to intstall just Enterprise Mgr for MSDE. everything works
properly except the scheduled backups.

to evaluate the product (ie not use it in production) fits with this how?
